Job Description
My client, based in South Oxfordshire, is currently recruiting for an Interim HR Advisor. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to work for this well-established and highly respected organisation. My client is offering the opportunity to work full time or 4 days a week.   

The Human Resources Team provides a comprehensive HR management and advisory service across the UK business. As HR Advisor you will provide advice and support in aspects of employee engagement and employee relations issues. You will develop effective working relationships with HR colleagues and Managers working together to ensure best practice is developed and applied.

The advice and support will cover a wide range of HR/ER areas and you will play a key role in contributing to the creation and implementation of new policies and processes, ensuring employees have the right to work in the UK complying with UK visas and immigration legislation, as well as involvement in projects that support growth plans.

The successful candidate will have a strong generalist background, be CIPD qualified and be able to work well in a fast-changing environment.
